1. Recruit Right
Recruitment is the bane of a lot of employers & business owners lives!
Recruitment is more than just getting a candidate in who suits “the role”. It’s just as important the candidate suits the *Brand* & *Values* you hold truest!
Your team is a reflection of your being!
2. Make Engagement a Habit
Engagement is more than team building days & training sessions…It’s about truly knowing and taking time to understand your team.
This is both on a professional & personal level – what do they enjoy, excel at, what are their passions, what are the values they bring?
Know the person to release the power!
3. Develop Yourself by gaining insights
Gain an in depth view of your leadership or management style by asking your team to feedback. It can be anonymous but has to be constructive & structured. Compare this to your own self assessment to see if your feedback aligns with your teams.
Be bold enough to look in the mirror of development!
